Information That All Passengers Should Acknowledge:

  1. If any passenger is pregnant they may NOT fly--we're sorry. Call us after the
    baby is born. If you need your gift cards extended please ask. You must
    request an extension or your certificates will not be honored if they expire.
  2. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to your flight, to check-in.
  3. Attire: Dress in layers, Sweatshirt, and Jacket (it is cool in the early
    morning).  For the passengers 6 feet or taller, a baseball cap or hat is
    recommended. The aircraft burners put off a lot of heat.
  4. Cancellation Policy: We must have 72 hours notice or there will be a 100%
    charge or cancellation of your confirmed flight, gift card or flight certificate.
    NO-SHOWS: If you no show for your flight you will be charged 100%.
  5. We serve a full complimentary continental breakfast "picnic style back at the
    winery" that the Hostess has all ready for you after your flight with chilled
    champagne and orange juice and a first flight certificate presented  by your
    pilot.
  6. All flight tickets purchased at a discount rate are pre-paid flight tickets and
    are non-refundable for any reason. They are however transferable to any
    persons you desire for gifts and are good for one year after date of
    purchase.

Our client managers look forward to contacting you about your flight request and
